Youll ensure the response to serious incidents such as violence in the workplace, robberies, burglaries and criminal damage is calm, professional and empathetic, that relevant documentation completed, with appropriate liaison with employees and line management. Ensure compliance with permission to pay guidelines and procedures. Youll review and download relevant CCTV footage as required and check the validity of over the counter bets and escalating when necessary.Skills NeededYoull come from fast paced working environment ideally in customer service or retail. Gaming / betting is ideal but not essential as training will be provided. Youll have an inquisitive mindset that can investigate potential fraud. Youll be flexible to working hours as you will be required to work a 4 day week including a Saturday or a Sunday and 1 evening.
