Job Description

Role Purpose The Programmatic Media Exec is responsible for launching, executing, managing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns. This role entails working with variety of ad tech platforms such as DSPs and a DMP as well as commute with a variety of internal teams to deliver campaigns that align with the different Brand Tribe objectives (Acquisition/Retention/Promotion/Brand/etc.)The Programmatic Media Exec must be eager to learn emerging programmatic tactics and ad technologies in order to consistently deliver informed programmatic media solutions and overall innovation.Key Responsibilities
  • Building and launching ongoing and burst programmatic campaigns activity around key sport events
  • Responsible for coordinating work with Creative, brand, compliance, and Technical Departments
  • Ensuring campaigns architecture setup and responsible for trafficking of placements in different ad-servers/DSPs
  • Responsible for providing analysis and optimization of campaigns performance in order to reach objectives
  • Track Fraud and Non-Compliance, and execute correction plans
  • Responsible for monitoring ad delivery across different platform and troubleshoot
  • Creating business reports and ensuring the right usage of data key elements, analyse it and present in a simple manner to the business owners
  • Taking ownership of activity with end to end responsibility
  • Accountable for brand front lines responsibilities such as ensuring all promotional materials presented to target audience are compliant with UK/EU codes, follow brand creative guidelines, ensure campaigns are not visible in unappropriated media inventory
  • Responsible for identifying the target audience for each media campaign and selecting the most productive means in order to maximize volume and profitability of portfolio
  • Accountable for being up to date with new industry trends and possibilities by researching on various data sources as industrys magazines, researches, online and social media platforms
  • Ensuring the companys desired media message is seen and heard by the right consumers at the right time by monitoring the display media campaigns run accurately
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in running programmatic campaigns using Major DSPs and ad servers
  • Understanding the RTB Echo system, direct partner deals, guarantee buy, private market place and open market place
  • Understanding of web-based tracking solutions and app environment tracking configuration
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, formulas etc
  • Vast Technical tracking solutions knowledge
  • Familiar with different attribution types and their implications
  • Familiar with Double click, Appnexus, or similar platforms - a must
  • Experience of trafficking creative with DCM and Double click Studio - Advantage
  • Experience working with a DMP solution and/or Adobe audience Experience specifically - Advantage
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Javascript - Advantage
  • Strong sense of ownership, and ability to work independently
  • Results driven and able to work in ordered and timely manner
  • Native English speaker or similar
