Role: Planning Coordinator

Salary: 25k

Location: Nottingham

Type: Permanent

Overview

2Fawcett are recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to join a company located in Nottinghamshire on a Permanent basis.

As the Planning Co-Ordinator you will be reporting to the Senior Planner and you will be responsible for stock integrity of Finished Goods. You will take ownership of a Stock Database. The role will be an integral part of the Planning department.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Planning Co-ordinator

  • Updating KPIs with Production Figures

  • Creating of Production Packs for Operations

  • Responsible for a Stock Control Process

  • Audit and update of Stock Control accuracy

  • Maintain Operational KPIs

  • Audit outbound Goods

  • Cover Planning Dept Duties as holiday cover

  • Co-ordinating monthly stock takes and summarising the results to the finance department

Requirements of the Planning Co-ordinator

  • Have worked in a busy environment previously

  • Previous experience in Stock Control is desirable

  • Excellent IT Skills, especially Excel. SAP would also be beneficial

  • Strong communication skills
