Job Description

Our client is an Oxfordshire success story built on a genuine entrepreneurial spirit. Their product is unique and this has given them a significant market share which has lead to consistent expansion.As a result of this expansion they are now looking for a new member of the payroll team to support the Payroll Controller in delivering a timely and efficient Payrolling service.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that an effective service is delivered at all times
  • Take control of assigned accounts based across multiple sites
  • Build meaningful and productive working relationships with clients outside the business
  • Deliver an end to end outsourced payrolling service
  • Calculate relevant Holiday Pay, PAYE and SSP etc.
  • Ensure accuracy targets are met whilst adhering to tight deadlines
Experience and characteristics required:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in running multiple payroll functions
  • Candidate must be meticulous and have excellent attention to detail
  • Applicants must show enterprise and take a hands-on approach to tasks
  • The candidate must display a high level of enthusiasm and enjoy working in a team
