Their product is unique and this has given them a significant market share which has lead to consistent expansion.As a result of this expansion they are now looking for a new member of the payroll team to support the Payroll Controller in delivering a timely and efficient Payrolling service.Responsibilities:
Ensure that an effective service is delivered at all times
Take control of assigned accounts based across multiple sites
Build meaningful and productive working relationships with clients outside the business
Deliver an end to end outsourced payrolling service
Calculate relevant Holiday Pay, PAYE and SSP etc.
Ensure accuracy targets are met whilst adhering to tight deadlines
Experience and characteristics required:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Experience in running multiple payroll functions
Candidate must be meticulous and have excellent attention to detail
Applicants must show enterprise and take a hands-on approach to tasks
The candidate must display a high level of enthusiasm and enjoy working in a team
