Job Description

LMA have partnered with a professional services organisation based in the City of London. They have a fantastic opportunity for a PartTime Receptionist to join them on a temporary basis with a view to become permanent. This is an immediate start.The ideal candidate will be an individual who is professional, competent, hardworking, confident, selfmotivated and personable, who is able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a small team.The PartTime hours are as follows:8am 12.30pm MonFri 12pm 5.30pm MonFri Some duties will include:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the main reception telephone
  • Replying to emails
  • Receiving mail and dealing with curriers
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Issuing visitor passes
  • Providing refreshments
  • Additional administrative duties were necessary
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience on a corporate reception
  • Strong admin skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office inclusive of Word and Excel
  • Experience of working in a confidential environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • High levels of professionalism
  • Extremely strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
