This position will be based at their Gloucester depot.Job Purpose:The Parts Coordinator is responsible for running an efficient parts department providing excellent service to the workshop. The Parts Coordinator will accomplish objectives through the use of company purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization and security.Key Tasks Work with the Workshop Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for jobs Prepare and administer an annual stock take in conjunction with the Group Parts Manager Provide technical assistance to other departments relating to parts Ensure parts scheduled for return to suppliers are handled correctly and efficiently Handle complaints immediately Operate effective administration and communication lines ensuring all paperwork is compliant and returned to head office in a timely manner.Essential Key skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Full UK Driving License Previous experience in an automotive parts department. Demonstrate good communication and customer care skills.
