Possible December start date !An exciting opportunity to work for a growing successful organisation based close to St Neots.This organisation are renowned as a stable and ethical organisation, offering a wide range of high quality services to both business and consumers.Experience, or an interest in working with the insurance sector is key as is previous customer service experience, a confident and professional telephone manner, good work ethic and the determination and drive to succeed!In return you will receive a competitive salary starting from 19,000 p .a + on target bonus up to 20 % of salary (paid quarterly). Benefits Pension company contribution of 7.5 %, NHS Top Up Scheme, Death In Service Benefit, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking.The training on offer is the best around and will enable you to become a highly successful insurance sales consultant. You will be sponsored through 18 months of industry development and will acquire recognised insurance qualifications within a two year period whilst learning on the job.This is a full time role working a shift rota:Shift 1 Monday to Friday 8am 4pmShift 2 Monday to Friday 12pm 8pm (2 weeks in 5)Shift 3 Saturday 8am 12pm (average 1 in 3 weeks)Average working week is 38 hours , only 1 saturday morning every 3 weeks.This role may also be suitable for graduates who are looking to start their career within the financial sector.
