Job Description

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join the business based out of their Sidcup Dealership.As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will take inbound calls, emails and live chats from potential customers who are looking to buy a car. Your main responsibilities will be giving advice on our clients current range cars, talking them through current offers and checking if a new, used or financed car would suit them best. With the main aim to get them booked in to see a Car Sales Executive at one of our clients 11 dealerships.This role would be ideal for an experienced sales professional looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of the Automotive industry.About the role
  • Communicate with the customer in a variety of chosen methods
  • Talk and listen to inbound customer calls to fully understand their requirements
  • Work with the Sales Executives to ensure the database is up to date
  • Ensure that the customers information is recorded and updated
  • Guarantee all appointments are scheduled clearly in the Sales Executives diary
  • Help on outbound campaigns as and when needed
  • Attend all training as and when is requested
  • Talk to the customer about their current needs and wants
  • Encourage the customer to experience the product
  • Give them all relevant information around our clients current vehicles and offers
  • Contact all customers within the agreed service level agreement
  • Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the product
  • Make outbound follow up calls with customers
  • About you
  • Superb communication skills via phone, email and live chat
  • Excellent levels of customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Have experience in sales ideally over the phone
  • Precise planning and organisational skills
  • Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
  • Be polite, friendly and persuasive
  • Have excellent rapport building skills
