Job Description

Our client is a leading end to end claims management solutions business working across the UK in partnership with leading motor group insurance firms. Everything is managed inhouse providing a one stop solution from dedicated FNOL through to resolution, recoveries they pride themselves on delivering exceptional levels of customer service. They offer solutions across property, motor and legal claims management.Key accountabilities:Act as first notification, responding to inbound calls within agreed SLA timelines FNOLManage the repair process including: arranging and confirming repair booking dates, chasing independent engineers for authorisation, confirming expected completion datesFollow the process end to endPrimary function of the role:Pro actively pursue credit hire and credit repair opportunitiesManage and monitor credit repairs and credit hiresWhat you will need:Excellent communication skills excellent telephone mannerMS Office skillsGCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)A minimum of 912 months experience working within the Insurance industryPositive and persuasive telephone mannerUnderstanding of ABI GTA and legal knowledge would be a distinct advantageWhat they can offer you:Excellent training and career developmentSubsidised car parking on site20 days holiday + statsSocial nights out such as bowling, team eventsA fast paced and enjoyable working environmentApplicants will work on a shift pattern based on four days on and four days off in rotation.For example Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday working then Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday and so with one weekend in four.Hours of work are: 8am 7:30pm Required skills
