First Response Admin / Customer Services Advisor Bolton12,000 to 17,000 (DOE) Plus Company BenefitsMonday to Friday: 08:30am to 17:00pmAs the First Response Admin / Customer Service Adviser you would be working for a market leading independent building claim validation specialist based in Bolton, working on behalf of leading household insurers providing an endtoend building claim handling service.Due to our commitment to our customers and staff we are expanding in the UK market and are looking for a selfdriven and confident First Response Admin / Customer Service Adviser to join our vibrant call centre operation.For your hard work as First Response Admin / Customer Service Adviser you will earn from 12,000 to 17,000 dependent on experience plus benefits.First Response Admin / Customer Service Adviser Responsibilities:Administer low value building claims on behalf of UK insurersData input and checking of claims to web based claims management systemScanning of insurance documents and upload to the claims management systemInsurance policy mail preparationInbound call responseOutbound calls to customers scheduling surveyor appointmentFirst Response Admin / Customer Service Advisor Skills & Experience:Experience in a customer service roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsEducated to GCSE standard AC English, Maths and / or IT as a minimumWhat we offer:12,000 to 17,000 depending on experienceCompany bonus scheme3% contributory pension20 holiday plus bank holiday8.30am to 5pm in a vibrant call centreIf you have the skills we require and thrive in a fast paced target driven environment please apply now.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome application from all sections of the community.
