Division Manager - Recruitment Services 50,000 - 55,000, Annual Bonus, Car Allowance

The Future: As the Division Manager for this rapidly expanding business you can be assured that you will have the opportunity to grow your career as the company grows.

The Role: You will be based from the office in Coventry but also work field based 2-3 days per week. You will be responsible for managing a team which will grow over the next year. The specialism is recruitment within the higher education sector, and you will be dealing with Colleges, Universities and Academies on a global level. As well as managing the team, you will carry your own target to identify new business opportunities as well as managing around 15 existing accounts. You will have full profit & loss responsibility within this role with opportunities for growth.

Requirements: To be considered for the Division Manager role you must have:

  • Recruitment experience along with Team Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Educated at degree level
  • Good work ethic

The Package for Division Manager:

  • 50,000 - 55,000 basic salary
  • Annual Bonus
  • Car Allowance
