They house one of the the fastest growing and diverse work forces in Britain.The Digital & CRM Executive will be responsible for supporting the SDMM across all digital channels and managing day-to-day tasks of CRM ensuring the company makes the most out of all marketing opportunities. There will be a strong focus on CRM in the first 6-12 months as they implement the CRM strategy so an exciting time to be with them.Key Responsibilities - CRM Owning and managing the execution of CRM activity on a daily basisImplementing CRM strategies Managing the build, scheduling and send of all customer email activitiesEnsuring the email database is segmented effectivelyAssistance in growing the brands worldwide database in-line with KPIsReporting on all email campaigns Key Responsibilities - Digital Coordinate with members of the team to ensure the digital team have relevant content for creation of campaignsSupporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in delivering digital marketing activities across PPC, SEO and display channelsManaging website through accurate and timely content changesCreation of landing pages to support SEO, PPC, email and event cmapaigns Experience Degree qualified or equivalentExtensive experience of direct & digital marketing Working knowledge of website CMS A good understanding of key digital marketing disciplines eg.
