Customer Service ExecutiveLondon Borough of Richmond Upon ThamesCirca 25,000 per annum (negotiable), subject to experience, plus bonusWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive, with a demonstrable background in top flight administration, who is passionate about delivering a great customer service, for a highly successful and progressive Leasing Broker based in South West London. The RoleWorking in their busy vehicle administration department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering and progressing new vehicle orders, submitting customer finance proposals, generating contracts, arranging deliveries to our end users, handling customer queries, updating electronic databases and dealing with general administration duties.   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with people in person and/or on the phone.
  • Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information
  • Experience of handling client issues and enquiries
  • An understanding of FCA rules and regulations
  • Experience using electronic CRM systems and working paperless
  • High quality customer care to ensure customers, dealers and finance partners are satisfied with the service they receive
  • IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
