This is a unique, advanced and innovative technology which is great for those drivers who only use their cars once in a while and are frustrated by the high cost of car insurance. Its also great for younger drivers aged between 1725 who often get penalised with high premiums.The main aim of the role is to maximise customer sales and all revenue opportunities whilst providing effective customer service by handling calls and facilitating customer enquiries.Responsibilities
  • Handle all telephone calls to maximise retention targets
  • Provide the customer with relevant information
  • To handle all customer service enquiries effectively
  • General administration duties
  • Develop and maintain a competent level of technical, product and system knowledge
  • Adhere to individual and team targets
  • Maintain strong relationships
