My client based in central Bristol are recruiting for an experienced call handler to start immediately in their Operations Centre based in central Bristol.In this role you will be the first point of contact for all emergency calls from their care line. You will be responsible for assessing the next course of action, whether it be alerting a family member or the emergency services. You will need to ensure they all receive a professional, efficient and customer-focused service. You will be speaking to customers directly over the phone, solving queries and offering advice.To apply for this role you must have excellent communication skills and experience of handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment is essential.This role is working on a shift pattern, working 12 hours shifts between 07:00am - 19:00pm.
