Friendly and professional, youll work in your team to ensure that every customers experience of the dealership is exceptional. You will manage all sales appointments professionally, ensuring high quality test drive experiences and deliver on your sales targets.This role would be ideal for an experienced Car Sales Executive looking to grow their earning potential in one of the UKs best and most prestigious brands.What we need Talk and listen to the customer to build rapport and accurately qualify their requirementsDemonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the productMaintain contact to ensure that the customer is kept informed throughout the sales and predelivery processLiaise with the customer to arrange a handover and to complete all paperwork for a timely registration of the vehiclePersonally, handover the vehicle and introduce the customer to the service team to secure future businessUnderstand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer serviceEnsure that the Sales Process is followed in fullBuild a relationship between yourself and the service teamEnsure opportunities for sales by other colleagues are maximised ie.
