You will be a very driven and commercially minded candidate and be very comfortable in a target driven environment.What does the role of Aftersales Leader involve Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out adheres to manufacturer and company standards Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department. Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the departmentWhat do you need to succeed as a Aftersales Leader Experience in a target driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets Passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
