Job Description

Experienced Administrator wanted at this busy franchised dealership in Stevenage. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspect of Office Administration, including, but not limited to, receiving telephone enquiries, processing documentation, generating quotations and proposals and updating the CRM system.Our client is looking for a candidate with Office Administration experience in a role that involved interacting with customers by phone, as well as a good working knowledge of standard I.T. software such as email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Automotive administration experience would be an advantage but is not essential. You will need to be capable of providing excellent customer service as well as being able to communicate with colleagues across all levels of the business. As part of a small team, you will need to work quickly and diligently to ensure that customers requirements are met within agreed timescales.Salary on offer is 23000. Required skills
