Page Personnel are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a leading business in Baildon, North Bradford.Client DetailsOur client is a leading business in Baildon, North Bradford. The business is looking to recruit an Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract to cover maternity.DescriptionAdministrator Baildon, North Bradford12 Month Fixed Term Contract Reporting into the Customer Care Manager:
  • Processing new business and renewals in support of the customer care advisers.
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, documentation and market surveys on behalf of the advisers.
  • Ensure all requests (telephone, email or letter), and diaries are processes effectively and within company service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records using the Companys internal CRM.
  • Deal with telephone, email and written enquiries from all clients, providers, introducers and internal colleagues in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Where the Company provides a claims support service ensure all communications and requests for assistance are passed to the Customer Care Claims Assessor/Customer Care Medical Liaison Officer.
