Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst Central LondonA successful global business is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join its London office.Please note this role will initially start off as a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafterThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wellknown and growing professional services firm who utlilise the latest IT technologies. The salary on offer is up to 34,000 plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, free lunches, annual bonus, excellent pension scheme and more !Working as part of a busy 2nd line IT support team you will be responsible for supporting users both remotely and face to face. Technologies supported will include: Windows 10 Office 365 Citrix Active Directory Exchange PC and laptop hardware Audio / Visual and Web Conferencing facilities NetworkingTo be considered suitable for this role you will need to have previous experience in a 2nd line support role such as Desktop Engineer, IT Service Desk Analyst or IT Coordinator and have strong experience in supporting the above mentioned technologies.
