The Role
Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding job Do you want to work in a positive and results-driven environment Do you want to help customers to sustain employment and make an impact to their lives Our Client Liaison Consultants' are responsible for assisting the client from the moment they secure employment. They provide in-work support to the customer, to ensure they have all the necessary support mechanisms required in order to retain employment. You will work with our customers' on both a one-to-one basis or as a group before they start employment. You will work with each individual and develop an in-work support plan, which contains a schedule of activities as well as resources where information, advice and guidance are available, to give the customer the necessary support tools to stay in employment. When the customer starts work, you will be responsible to make regular contact with both them and their employer, to ensure that the relationship is progressing smoothly. When necessary, you may be required to visit the customer and employer to build the relationship.
